Personal Data Policy

1. General

This Policy is drawn up in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data" and sets out how Kontinent Plus LLC (the "Operator") processes personal data and keeps it secure. It applies to information the Operator receives about visitors to kontinentplus.online (the "Site").

2. The Operator

3. Data we process

data you enter in the request form: name, company name, telephone number, e-mail address and the text of your message;
technical data sent automatically by your browser: IP address, date and time of the request, browser details.

The Site uses no advertising or analytics cookies and does not pass visitor data to third-party statistics services. The Operator does not process special categories of personal data or biometric data.

4. Purposes and legal grounds

Data is processed in order to reply to your request, prepare a shipment quote, and conclude and perform a contract. The legal grounds are the data subject's consent (Art. 6(1)(1) of Law 152-FZ) and the conclusion or performance of a contract at the data subject's initiative (Art. 6(1)(5)).

5. Processing, storage and transfer

Processing covers collection, recording, organisation, storage, updating, use, blocking, erasure and destruction of data, with and without automated means.
Data is recorded and stored on a server located in the Russian Federation.
Requests from the Site are forwarded to the Operator's e-mail. Data is not disclosed to third parties except where required by Russian law.
Data is kept until the purposes of processing are achieved, but no longer than three years from your last request unless a contract or the law requires a longer period, or until consent is withdrawn.

6. Your rights

You may obtain information about the processing of your data, require it to be corrected, blocked or destroyed, withdraw your consent, and complain about the Operator's actions to Roskomnadzor or to a court. To do so, write to the e-mail address in section 2. The Operator replies within 10 business days.

7. Security

The Operator takes legal, organisational and technical measures to protect data against unauthorised access: data sent from the Site is encrypted (HTTPS), and only authorised staff have access to requests.

By ticking the consent box in the request form and pressing "Send request", I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give Kontinent Plus LLC (INN 7804715499) my consent to process my personal data — name, telephone number, e-mail address, company name and the details given in my message — in order to review my request, prepare a quote and contact me. The consent covers the operations listed in section 5 of this Policy, is valid for three years and may be withdrawn at any time by e-mail to the Operator.

9. Changes

The Operator may amend this Policy. The current version is always available on this page.
